Return and Refund policy

Team JKL KATTA offers every customer a very simple and a crystal-clear policy for return and replacement for 7 days

The terms and conditions that are to be fulfilled for the return and replacement

1.       A copy of the invoice and the certificate of the particular gemstone must be present with the item (gemstone, or gemstone mounted in an article)

2.       The item must be in the proper conditions, i.e. original and unused

3.       Any damage caused due to negligence will not be covered under our return and refund policy

4.       Replacement of the items is subject to the inspection of the stone the item subject to refund or replacement will first be delivered back to us then, the team JKL KATTA will examine the product if we are satisfied with the product then we will proceed to the refund, but if not, then the item will be delivered back to you.

   Note:  this is a process of 7-10 working days, please be patient           while we try to deliver the best of us

5.       The shipping charges, the taxes, and the duties are not to be refunded/adjusted

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return policy for loose gemstone: -

The loose gemstone can be returned with 97% of the value of the gemstone that too within 7 days starting from the date of delivery till the seventh working day, meeting the above conditions

Return policy for the gemstone mounted in a jewelry

For the return of the jewelry item

1.       97% of the value of the stone will be refunded

2.       Whereas the making charges, i.e. 20%on gold and INR 800 on silver per stone will not be refunded

3.       For the metal, it will be based on the current value

CANCELATION POLICY

 1. The order can be canceled from the time of order placed till the time before the order is shipped

2. In this the taxes and the duties will not be refunded whereas the delivery charges will be returned

3. After cancelation our representative will reach out to you and will confirm the cancelation policy

Cancelation policy for gemstones

If you cancel your order then the 97% of the value of the gemstone will be refunded fulfilling the above condition

Cancelation policy for the jewelry order

FOR GOLD - If you cancel your order then we will deduct the 20% value of the total purchase that has to be the making charges for the order

FOR SILVER - If you cancel your order then we will deduct the making charges,i.e INR 800 per stone
